RESOLUTION NO. 91-26
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAH AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
CERTIFICATION FOR THE INSTITUTE OF MUSEUM SERVICES GRANT
WHEREAS, an application for general operating support for the Sun
House and Hudson Museum is being prepared, and
WHEREAS, all Grant applicants must provide a signed statement of
assurances, and
WHEREAS The Institute of Museum Services regulations require an
authorizing authority to execute the assurances form and other documents
in relation to the grant application,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council appoints
the City Manager as the authorizing authority to sign said Grant documents
and assurances,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1990 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers McMichael, Wattenburger, Shoemaker, Schneiter and
Mayor Henderson
NOES: None
