RESOLUTION NO. 91-15
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
ADOPTING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF UKIAH AND THE UKIAH MISCELLANEOUS UNIT
WHEREAS, the Employee/Employer Relations Officer has met and
conferred in good faith with representatives of the Ukiah Miscellaneous
Unit, which represents positions in the attached Classification List, and
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding has been arrived at, and
WHEREAS, said Memorandum of Understanding has been presented to the
City Council for its consideration,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Memorandum of Understanding
is hereby adopted and the Employee/Employer Relations Officer is
authorized to enter into this agreement for the fiscal years, 1990-91 and
1991-92.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1990, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Wattenbur§er, Shoemaker, Schneiter and Mayor Henderson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Counci]member McMichael
