RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISPERSAL OF FUNDS FROM THE
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY AND NORTHERN
CALIFORNIA POWER AGENCY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Electric Utility Department placed funds in escrow in
order to pursue a settlement with Pacific Gas and Electric; and
WHEREAS, these funds are being returned to the City of Ukiah as a
result of the settlement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah is involved in a program to underground
existing utilities.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the dispersal of the settlement funds
are hereby approved and that the Mayor, Colleen B. Henderson, of the City
of Ukiah, authorizes that these funds be placed in the Electric Utility
Undergrounding Fund.
