RESOLUTION NO. 94-35
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 93-24, RCHDC
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 12,
1994, at which time the proposal to change the General Plan designation of certain
property as filed by Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation, General Plan
Amendment No. 93-24, was considered and recommended for approval to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, General Plan Amendment Application No. 93-24 is on file with the
Clerk of the Planning Commission, said file being incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 2, 1994, found the
Negative Declaration adequate and complete, and determined the proposed amendment
to be appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ukiah
adopts General Plan Amendment 93-24, changing the land use designation of the 2.5
acre property at southern corner of Main Street and Cleveland Lane, running east along
Cleveland Lane, Mendocino County Assessor Parcel Nos. 002-311-01, 04, and 15, as
indicated on the attached map, Exhibit A, which is made a part hereof, from Industrial to
Medium High Density Residential.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 1994 by the following roll call vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mastin, Malone, Wattenburger, and Mayor Schneiter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Shoemaker
ABSTAIN: None
