6. RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City
Council may have the right to a review of that decision by
a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the
California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits
to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of
the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged.
7. CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine and will
be enacted by a single motion and roll call by the City
Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar
upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which
event the item will be considered at the completion of all
other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council
on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in
accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning
Commission recommendations.

b. Claim for Damages, Sarah L. Milligan, Deny and Refer
to Insurance Carrier
c. Award of Bid to Westinghouse Supply Company and
General Electric Supply Company, at a Cost of
$10,571.90 and $4,879.00 respectively for
Single-Phase Padmount Transformers
d. Award of Bid to Westinghouse Supply Company and
General Electric Supply Company, at a Cost of
$6,051.30 and $15,098.10 respectively for Pole Mount
Transformers
e. Award of Bid to Westinghouse Supply Company, in the
Amount of $34,422.87 for Three-Phase Padmount
Transformers
f. Ukiah Men's Golf Club Request for Waiver of Green
Fees for May 26 and 27, 1990
g. Adoption of Ordinance No. 904 Amending Chapter 2,
Division 9, of the Ukiah City Code by Rezoning
Property at 1090 South State Street
h. Adoption of Ordinance No. 905 Adding Article to
Chapter 3, Division 8, of the Ukiah City Code to
Prohibit Parking on Private Property under Certain
Conditions
i. Adoption of Resolution Approving the Geothermal
Project Operating Agreement by and among the NCPA and
the Geothermal Project Participants
j. Report of Administrative Actions and Proposals
(R.A.A.P.)
8. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In
order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments
to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10)
minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not
allow action to be taken on audience comments.
