RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 8. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Payroll and General Warrants b. Award of Bid for Petroleum Products to Redwood Oil, Inc., in the amount of $69,698.02 c. Award of Bid for Chlorine and Chemical Products to All Pure Chemical Co., in the amount of $36,733.13 d. Award of Contract to Kirkwood-Bly, Inc., in the amount of $174,687 to construct Lake Mendocino Hatchery Water Pumping Station e. Authorize the City Manager to sign Agreement with Carl Thompson for Inspection Services for Construction of Lake Mendocino Hatchery Water Pumping Station f. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Sign Access License, Granting Use of Access Road to Lake Mendocino Power Plant g. Adoption of Resolution Designating City Manager as the City Agent for Making Application for Federal Assistance - December 1990 Freeze h. Adoption of Resolution - 1991 Speed Survey for Various City Streets i. Adoption of Resolution Endorsing Relocation of National Marine Fishery Service Research Center to Eureka j. Authorization of Demolition Permit - 271 Observatory Avenue k. Authorize Letter of Support for Railway Right- of-Way Acquisition for Humboldt/Mendocino Counties 1. Matter of Joining Amicus Brief in Support of Trustees of the California State University v. City of Chico 9. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject.
