RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 7. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upOn request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Payroll and General Warrants b. Approval of Clerical Corrections to Ukiah City Code c. Approval of Program Supplement No. 4 to State and City Agreement, FAU Funds - South State Street Improvements d. Approval of Annual Update of Disadvantaged Enterprise Business (DBE) Program e. Award of Bid to Parnum Paving in the amount of $59,770 for Asphalt Concrete Surfacing for Various City Streets f. Award of Bid to American Asphalt'Repair and Resurfacing Company, Inc., in the amount of $19,113 for Slurry Sealing on Various City Streets g. Acceptance of Resignation by Larry Sheehy from Planning Commission h. Approval of Agreement with Company of Eric Jay Toll (AICP) for Growth Management Plan/ General Plan Revision Consultant Services i. Report on 1991 Spring Clean Up Week j. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject.
