6. RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of
the City Council may have the right to a review of
that decision by a court. The City has adopted
Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90)
days the time within which the decision of the
City Boards and Agencies may be judicially
challenged.
7. CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine
and will be enacted by a single motion and roll
call by the City Council. Items may be removed
from the Consent Calendar upon request by a
Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item
will be considered at the completion of all other
items on the agenda. The motion by the City
Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and
make findings in accordance with Administrative
Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations.
a. Approval of Payroll and General Warrants
b. Authorize City Clerk to Advertise Upcoming
Commission Vacancies due to Expiration of Terms
on June 30, 1991
c. Authorize City Clerk to send Request for
Proposals for Legal Publishing Fiscal Year
1991-92
d. Status Report on Water Filtration Plant
Construction Project
e. Authorize Letter to LAFCO Regarding Millview
County Water District Annexation No. 90-1
f. Award of Bid to Butler Equipment Rental
for hourly rental of a Tractor Dozer with
Rippers at the Ukiah Solid Waste Site at
$55.00 per hour without Operator
g. Award of Bid to Mattern Construction for
hourly rental of Earth Moving Equipment at
Solid Waste Site at $130.000 per hour including
Operator
h. Consideration of Bid for Annual Street Striping
Services
8. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The City Council welcomes input from the audience.
In order for everyone to be heard, please limit
your comments to three (3) minutes per person and
not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The
Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be
taken on audience comments.
