RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 7. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Payroll and General Warrants b. Deny Claims for Damages and Refer to Insurance Carrier i. F&D Insurance/Savings Bank ii. Tammi Weselsky c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 919 Amending Chapter 2, Division 9, of the UCC, by Rezoning Property from Existing R-i, R-l-H-2 and R-l-H-4 Zones to Planned Development, Thomas P. Hill d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 920 Approving Planned Development No. 90-84, Thomas P. Hill e. Award of Bid to Miracle Recreation Equipment for Playground Equipment in the amount of $9902.50 f. Award of Bid to Western States Electric for one 150 KVA Padmount Transformer in the amount of $5,225.48 and to Westinghouse Supply Company for one 750 KVA Padmount Transformer in the amount of $11,718.30 g. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Waiver of 60 Day Notification for County Lease at 189-199 South School Street 8. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject.
