6. RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied, with a decision of
the City Council may have the right to a review of
that decision by a court. The City has adopted
Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
Procedure which generally limits-to ninety (90)
days the time within which the decision of the
City Boards 'and Agencies may be judicially
challenged.
7. ~ONSENT CALENDAR
The following i~ems listed are considered routine
and will be enacted by a single motion and roll
call by the City Council. Items may be removed
from the Consent Calendar upon request by a
Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item
will be considered at the completion of all~ other
items on the agenda. The motion by the City
Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and
make findings in accordance with Administrative
Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations.

b. Authorize City Manager to send Letter of
Support for Community Development Commission,s
Application for Housing Assistance
c. Adoption of Ordinance Adding a New Article of
the Ukiah City Code Regulating Lease
Purchasing, and Amending Section 1522
of the Code which Regulates Open Market
Purchasing and Contractual Services
d. Award of Contract for Sidewalk Reconstruction
to T.D.M. Construction in the amount of $27,810
e. Adoption of Resolution Waiving 60 day Noticing
Requirements for Leasing Building Within the
City Limits - 784 N. State Street
8. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The City Council welcomes input from the audience.
In order for everyone to be heard, please limit
your comments to three (3) minutes per person and
not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The
Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be
taken on audience comments.
9. PUBLIC HEARING - 7:00 p.m.
a. Zone Change Application No. 90-84, as filed by
Tom P. Hill, for a change of zone from R-I,
R-l-H-2, and R-l-H-4 to P.D., Planned
Development District for that 7.42-acre site
located at 110 Highland Avenue (at the westerly
terminus of West Church Street), aka
Assessor's Parcel No. 001-201-04. *
i. Find Negative Declaration Adequate and
Complete
ii. Introduction of Ordinance Amending Chapter
2, Division 9, of the Ukiah City Code by
Rezoning Property from Existing R-l,
R-l-H-2 and R-l-H-4 Zones to PD (Zone
Change App. No. 90-84)
iii. Introduction of Ordinance Approving
Planned Development No. 90-84,
Thomas.P. Hill
b. Appeal of Planning Commission's partial denial
of Variance Application No. 91-2, as filed by
F.F. McFadden, to extend existing eight foot'
fence along east property line, at 401 Oak Park
Street. *
