Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 7. CONSENT CALRNDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent. Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a'citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Payroll and General Warrants of October 21, 1992 b. Claim for..Damages, Albert Beltrami, Reject and Refer to City Insurance Carrier c. Adoption of Ordinance Amending Section 2606 of the Ukiah City Code Amending the Assessment Fee on Businesses in the Parking and Business ~ ~ Improvement District and Benefit Zone Award of Contract for Tree Trimming Services to Marvins Gardens at a rate of $23.43 per hour e. Award of Bids for Various Electrical Cable as follows: - to GESCO for #4 Bare/25,000', 4/0 Bare/10,000',and 4/0 600V/5,000' in the amounts of $1,798.85, $2,777.24 and $1,803.36; - to Pirelli for #2 15KV/iO,000, and 500MCM 600V/9,000' in the amounts of $8,601.45 and $6,602.31; and - to King Wire and Cable for 300MCM 600V/1,500' in the amount of $1,032.82 f. Award of Bid to Sangiacomo Landscaping for Gobbi Street Electrical Substation Landscaping in the amount of $7,387 g. Receive Status Report Regarding Fish Hatchery h. Receive Status Report Regarding Prop. 162 8. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (t0) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments. 9. NEW BUSINESS a.
