RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 8. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Payroll and General Warrants, May 20, 1992 b. Claim for Damage, John and Rachelle Butler, Deny and Refer to Insurance Carrier c. Authorize the City Clerk to Advertise Commission Terms Expiring June 30, 1992 d. Approval of Notice of Completion, Contract for Sidewalk Reconstruction II e. Adoption of Resolution Amending Prior Resolutions and Designating Certain Streets or Portions of Streets as Diagonal Parking Zones f. Approval of Proposed Procedures for the Sales of Surplus or Obsolete Materials, Used Equipment and Supplies g. Report on Modifications of City/District Cost Sharing Agreement and Engineering Agreement with Kennedy/Jenks by Ukiah Valley Sanitation District Board 9. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments. 10. PUBLIC HEARING - 7:00 p.m.(Cont, from May 6,1992) a. Introduction of Ordinance Amending Building Code Regulations Allowing Efficiency Units to be a Minimum of 150 sq. ft., Subject to Certain Criteria 11. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Preparation of Certain Lease Financing Documents Pertaining to the Refunding of the Certificates of Participation for Civic Center Financing, and Authorizing Other Related Actions Pertaining to the Financing of the Construction of the Equipment Maintenance Garage Facility, Remodeling of the Golf Clubhouse, and the Acquisition of Certain Items of Equipment 12.
