RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 7. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Award of Bid for Three New Utility Vehicles for Community Services Department, Spec. No. E9667, to J & j Golf and Utility Cars of Ukiah in the Amount of $14,562.09 and Authorize Funding from Golf/Parks Fixed Asset Account b. Award of Bid for One New Pickup Truck for Electric Utility Department, Spec. No. E9230, to Ukiah Ford in the Amount of $14,154 Plus Sales Tax ' c. Award of Bid for 12,000 ft. of 1000 MCM 15ky Aluminum Electrical. Cable, Spec. No. E9231, to Pirelli Cable Corporation in the amount of $48,021.06 d. Ratify Emergency Purchase of Police Replacement Vehicle e. Claim for Damages, Deny and Refer to City Insurance Carrier i. Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation ii. Melinda Schebler f. Adoption of Ordinance Dedicating Revenue from an Increment of Sewer User Charges to Repayment of State Revolving Fund Loan for Wastewater Treatment Plant Advanced Waste Treatment and Upgrade Facilities g. Authorize Mayor to Execute Renewal of Lease with City of Ukiah Credit Union 8. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments. 9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Northern California Power Agency Member Pooling Agreement and Related Schedules for the Sharing of Energy Costs b. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Northern California Power Agency Member Facilities Agreement and Related Schedules for Generation and Transmission Facilities Cost Sharing c.
