RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 8. ~ONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Receive and Accept Reports of September 1993 Disbursements b. Adoption of Ordinance Amending Chapter 7 of Division 5 of the Ukiah City Code, Regulating Smoking in Various-Locations Within the City of Ukiah c. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Preparation of Certain Lease Financing Document and Other Related Actions Pertaining to the REFA Financing of the Acquisition of 41.63 Acres of Land Used as the Back Eight Holes of the Golf Course d. Approve Golf Course Committee Recommendations for Senior Age Limit and Twilight League Starting Time at Municipal Golf Course e. Authorize City Manager to Enter into an Informal Contract with Reuser Company, Not to Exceed $15,000, for the Removal of Greenwaste and Woodwaste at the Ukiah Landfill Facility f. Adoption of Resolution Appointing CAAB Education Representative and One Public Member g. Award of Rebid for Asphalt Resurfacing, Spec. No. 93-13A, as per Bid Opening October 18, 1993 h. Award of Bid for Resurfacing of Municipal Pool at Todd Grove, Spec. No. 93-18, as per Bid Opening October 18, 1993 i. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Execution of CHP Weapons Firing Range Agreement 9. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. Adoption of the Final Draft Source Reduction and Recycling Element (SRRE) and Household Hazardous Waste Element (HHWE) Dated April 1993 as Prepared in Consultation with the Mendocino Solid Waste Local Task Force by Keep Mendocino Beautiful, Inc. for the Mendocino Solid Waste Management Authority as Mandated by California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989 (AB 939) b.
