Conceptual Approval of Recommended Project ii. Approval of Draft Revenue Plan iii. Acting as Designated Lead Agency, Direct Staff to Prepare and File Draft Negative Declaration for 30 day Public Review Period iv. Set Date for Required Public Hearing on Draft Negative Declaration - Suggested Date and Time, July 21, 1993, 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers v. Authorize Staff to Transmit the Facilities Plan with City Council Changes to the State Water Resources Control Board for Review and Approval vi. Authorize Kennedy/Jenks Consultants to Proceed with Final Design of the Recommended Project By Sanitation District Board i. Conceptual Approval of Recommended Project ii.
