In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Review and Consideration of Draft Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Facilities Plan for Advanced Wastewater Treatment and Miscellaneous Rehabilitation ACTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED BY CITY COUNCIL AND SANITATION DISTRICT BOARD By City Council i. Conceptual Approval of Recommended Project ii. Approval of Draft Revenue Plan iii. Acting as Designated Lead Agency, Direct Staff to Prepare and File Draft Negative Declaration for 30 day Public Review Period iv. Set Date for Required Public Hearing on Draft Negative Declaration - Suggested Date and Time, July 21, 1993, 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers v. Authorize Staff to Transmit the Facilities Plan with City Council Changes to the State Water Resources Control Board for Review and Approval vi. Authorize Kennedy/Jenks Consultants to Proceed with Final Design of the Recommended Project By Sanitation District Board i. Conceptual Approval of Recommended Project ii. Approval of Draft Revenue Plan iii. Concurrence with City Council Regarding Preparation of Draft Negative Declaration iv. Authorize Staff to Transmit the Facilities Plan with Board Changes to State Water Resources Control Board for Review and Approval v. Authorize Kennedy/Jenks Consultants to Proceed with Final Design of the Recommended Project 4.
