RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Payroll and General Warrants b. Award of Bids for Various Electrical Cable to D.Z. Cook Company for 8,000 ft. of 500 MCM 600V in the Amount of $8,322.66 and to Manco for 15,000 Ft. of No. 2 15KV in the Amount of $13,996.12, including tax and Freight, and Reject Bids for 3,300 Ft. 1,000MCM 15KV c. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Energy Exchange Agreement with Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative d. Adoption of Ordinance Amending Division 1, Chapter 7, Article 1 of the Ukiah City Code to Authorize the Payment of Budgeted Expenditures Without Prior City Council Approval e. Receive Status Report Regarding Mixed Load Policy at Landfill f. Authorize Appointment of Alternate Commissioners to the Transmission Agency of Northern California g. Approve Urgency Purchase of Mid-Sized Sedan Through the State of California Vehicle Purchase Program in the Amount of $11,472.88 7. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject.
