(Herein called "Federation")
Whenever the term "the Local Union" is used in this Contract, it shall mean the Local Union of the Federation with jurisdiction over the territory in which the engagement
covered by this Contract is to be performed. This Contract for the personal services of musicians on the engagement described below between the undersigned purchaser
of music (herein called "Purchaser") and the undersigned musician or musicians is made this day of February 19, 2016.

5.) Purchaser will make payments as follows: Contract Due: March 20, 2016 Deposit Due: May 31, 2016
Deposit $ 5,000.00 payable by CERTIFIED CHECK or BANK WIRE ONLY to The Kurland Agency, Inc.
Balance: $ 5,000.00 payable by CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY to Elvin Bishop
BALANCE TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE ARTIST OR ARTIST'S REP IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO FIRST PERFORMANCE.
6.) No performance of the engagement shall be recorded, reproduced or transmitted from the place of performance, in any manner or by any means whatsoever, in the absence of a specific
written agreement with the Federation relating to and permitting such recording, reproduction or transmission.
7.) It is expressly understood by the Purchaser and the musician(s) who are parties to this contract that neither the Federation nor the Local Union are parties to this contract in any capacity
except as expressly provided in 6 above and, therefore, that neither the -Federation nor the Local Union shall be liable for the performance or breach of any provisions hereof.
8.) A representative of the Local Union, or the Federation, shall have access to the place of engagement covered by this contract for purposes of communicating with the musician(s) performing
the engagement and the Purchaser.
9.) The agreement of the musicians to perform is subject to proven detention by sickness, accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their
control. If the event is cancelled as a result of any such event, any moneys paid to artist, artist's rep or The Kurland Agency shall be immediately refunded to purchaser.

What We Really Need:
Dressing Room- private, lockable, well -lit, with proper temperature for the season.
Balanced hot meal, good soul food with vegetables if possible, for 8 people/or a $15.00
meal buyout per person.
- 1 case of non -carbonated spring water
- Fresh coffee
- Variety of fruit juice
- 1 case of beer, a variety of domestics, non-alcoholic, and imported preferred.
- 2 6-pks. Of Diet Pepsi
3. Sound System- Appropriate size board and speakers for the venue.
- Soundman ready and able at load -in.
- Decent lighting system.
4. 20 band guests at no expense to the band.
5. Final payment in CASH only to Elvin Bishop or Chris Hansen, in private.
6. Two people to help load -in and load -out.

Please Do Not:
Record, video or broadcast the show without prior written approval from Blue Mountain
Artists, LLC. Or Elvin Bishop.
Have any other band's equipment on stage during load -in, soundcheck or during Elvin
Bishop's performance.
Allow the audience to be present during soundcheck.
Elvin Bishop Reserves The Right To:
Sell Merchandise free of any percentages to the venue.
Cancel this performance for any reason within 30 days of performance date.
Be paid in full, in the case of an outdoor event, if the band is prevented from performing
due to bad weather conditions.
Have 100% control of performance regarding material, wardrobe, acts on bill...
Be paid the full contract price. Elvin Bishop is not responsible for border fees, visa costs,
state or local withholding taxes or entertainment taxes unless made aware of these hidden
costs in writing at the time the performance offer is submitted to Blue Mountain Artists,
LLC.
