RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Claim for Damages, Received from Mary L. Davis, Deny and Refer to Insurance Carrier b. Award of Construction Contract for Sidewalk on Helen Avenue, Spec. No. 94-02, to Harborth Excavation in the Amount of $83,634 c. Award of Construction Contract for Wastewater Treatment Project to Pacific Mechanical Corporation in the Amount of $6,139,800 d. Adoption of Ordinance Amending Division 9, Chapter 2 of the Ukiah City Zoning Code - Adding Section 9185 - Area for Recycling Facilities e. Adoption of Study of Homelessness in the Ukiah Area, a Community Development Block Grant Project f. Authorize the City Manager to Execute Contract with Reuser Inc. for Wood and Yardwaste Removal at Ukiah Solid Waste Disposal Site in the Amount of $3.12 per Cubic Yard for 1994/95 Fiscal Year 7. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. Consideration of Resolution Adjusting Fees and Charges at the Ukiah Municipal Solid Waste Site and Establishment of Weight Measurement for Determining Fees and Charges for Commercial Haulers 9. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Grant Funding to Non-Profit Community Based Organizations b. Appointment of League of California Voting Delegate and Alternate for October 23-25, 1994 Annual Conference c. Authorize Demolition Permit for 529 South State Street, Harold Martin d.
