5. RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION ~
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of
the City Council may have the right to.a review of
that decision by a court. The Cit~ has adopted
Section 1094.6 of the California Code- of Civil
Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90)
days the time within which the decision of the
City Boards and Agencies may be judicially
challenged.
6. CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine
and will be enacted by a single motion and roll
call vote by the City Council. Items may be
removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by
a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the
item will be considered at the completion of all
other items on the agenda. The motion by the City
Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and
make findings in accordance with Administrative
Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations.
a. Receive and Accept Disbursements of June 1994
b. Claim for Damages Received from John and
Doretta Lampi, Deny and Refer to City
Insurance Carrier
c. Adoption of Ordinance Amending Sections
5221-5224 of the Ukiah City Code, ~
Regulating Above-Ground Storage Tanks for Class
I and II Flammable and Combustible Liquids
d. Award of Contract to Ukiah Daily Journal for
Legal Publishing Services for 1994-95
e. Approve Cancellation of Regular Council
Meeting of August 17, 1994
f. Approve Demolition Permit Application to
Demolish a Portion of a Structure Over 50 Years
Old at 340 North Main Street
7. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The City Council welcomes input from the audience.
In order for everyone to be heard, please limit
your comments to three (3) minutes per person and
not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The
Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be
taken on audience comments.

a. Abandonment of Public Utility Easements Within
Former Lots B3, B4, B5 and B6 of the Redwood
Business Park of Ukiah Subdivision Unit I
b. Introduction of Ordinance Adding Section 9185
to the Ukiah City Code "Area Provided for
Collecting and Loading of Recyclable
Materials" which Requires Adequate Area for
Collecting and Loading Recyclable Materials in
all New Commercial Industrial, and Residential
Development Projects (Other than Single Family
A~~/ and Duplexes) and Certain Remodels.
· Adoption of Resolution Adjusting Landfill
