4. RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of
the City Council may have the right to a review of
that decision by a court. The City has adopted
Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90)
days the time within which the decision of the
City Boards and Agencies may be judicially
challenged.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine
and will be enacted by a single motion and roll
call vote by the City Council. Items may be
removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by
a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the
item will be considered at the completion of all
other items on the agenda. The motion by the City
Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and
make findings in accordance with Administrative
Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations.
a. Claim for Damages Received from Lena Boully,
Deny and Refer to Insurance Carrier
b. Award of Bid for One Three Reel Stringing
Trailer to Sauber Mtg. Co. in the Amount of
$34,092.00 for Electric Dept.
c. Adoption of Ordinance Amending the C-N
(Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning Code to Permit
Churches and Schools, Subject to Securing a Use
Permit, in the C-N Zone District
d. Set Date of July 20, 1994 for Public Hearing
for the Abandonment of Public Utility Easement
Within Former Lots B3, B4, B5 and B6 of the
Redwood Business Park of Ukiah Subdivision
Unit I
e. Award of Bid for Five 25KVA, Two 75 KVA and
Two 300 KVA Transformers to Western States
Electric, Inc., for $3,689.40, $10,542.68, and

Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be
