RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 5. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request by a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Claim for Damages Received from Lena Boully, Deny and Refer to Insurance Carrier b. Award of Bid for One Three Reel Stringing Trailer to Sauber Mtg. Co. in the Amount of $34,092.00 for Electric Dept. c. Adoption of Ordinance Amending the C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning Code to Permit Churches and Schools, Subject to Securing a Use Permit, in the C-N Zone District d. Set Date of July 20, 1994 for Public Hearing for the Abandonment of Public Utility Easement Within Former Lots B3, B4, B5 and B6 of the Redwood Business Park of Ukiah Subdivision Unit I e. Award of Bid for Five 25KVA, Two 75 KVA and Two 300 KVA Transformers to Western States Electric, Inc., for $3,689.40, $10,542.68, and $19,476.60, Respectively 6. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. Adoption of Resolution Revising Golf Course Fees to Include a Reduction in the Twilight Rate for Junior Players b. Introduction of Ordinance Amending Ukiah Code Sections 5221-5224 Pertaining to Fuel Storage Tanks Amending Uniform Fire Code c. Set Date for Bi-Annual Employee and Retiree Picnic Hosted by Council d. Adoption of Resolution Establishing a Prima Facia Speed Limit of 15 MPH for South Barnes Between Clay Street and Betty Street and Establishing a Stop Sign at the South Approach of South Barnes Street to Betty Street e. Set Date of July 20, 1994 for Public Hearing Regarding Adjustment of Landfill Tipping Fees and Charges, Establishing Special Dumping Rates for Self Hauled Loads of Mixed Loads and Changing Hours of Operation for Ukiah Solid Waste Site f.
