AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The City Council welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please
limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per
subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments.
PUBLIC HEARING
a. Review of the Ukiah Valley General Plan Update and Environmental Impact Report (EIR)
as filed by the City of Ukiah Planning Department, which will guide the growth and
development of the Ukiah Valley for the next 20 years, and which specifically consists of
the following 14 elements:
· Open Space
· Conservation
· Noise
· Safety
· Energy
· Airport
· Parks and Recreation
· Historic and Archaeological Resources
· Community Facilities
· Transportation and Circulation
· Housing
· Community Design
· Economic Development
· Land Use
b. Certify Ukiah Valley General Plan Integrated Environmental Impact Report
c. Adoption of Resolution Approving and Adopting the Ukiah Valley General Plan

ADJOURNMENT
Each meeting will be adjourned to the next meeting, until full review and action is taken by
Council. This could result in early final adjournment, regardless of published schedule.
The City of Ukiah complies with ADA requirements and will attempt to reasonably accommodate

RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review
of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
Procedure which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the
City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged.

CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll
call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request
of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will.be considered at the completion
of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will
approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission
recommendations.
a. Review and Approve the Report of April Disbursements
b. Deny Claim Received from Carolyn F. Pummill, and Refer to City Insurance Carrier,
R.E.M.I.F.
c. Authorize Mayor as Commissioner to Northern California Power Agency to Execute
Instruction for Payment of Sonoma County Property Taxes for 1994 and 1995 in the
Amount of $97,442
d. Authorize City Mananger to Execute Agreements for Changes in Scope of Work for
Consultant Services of Rau and Associates in the Amount of $5,905.40 for the North State
Street/Low Gap Road/Brush Street Intersection and Signal Improvement Project
e. Set Date for Public Hearing to Consider Updating South Orchard Avenue and East Gobbi
Street Traffic Signal Capital Improvement Fee
f. Authorize the City Clerk to Advertise Commission Terms Expiring June 30, 1995, and Set
a Date and Time for Planning Commission Applicant Interviews
g. Authorize Amendment to Master Agreement with EBA Wastetechnologies to Perform
