RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatfsfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. CONSENT CALENI~AR The following items isted are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Counciimember or a cil~zen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Denial of Claim for Damages Received from Robert Kiggins and Referral to Joint Powers Authority, Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund b. Approval of Disbursements for the Month of October 1997 c. Award of Bid for 35, 45, and 55 Foot Class 3 Western Cedar Poles to J. H. Baxter and Company in the Amount of $12,471.03 d. Award of Bid for Sodium Bisulfate Products e. Approval of Budget Amendment for Fire Hose and Fittings f. Approve Budget Amendment and Authorize an Agreement with Chec Engineering Consultants in the Amount of $12,000 for the Performance of a Forensic Analysis and Rehabilitation Design for a Portion of Airport Park Boulevard g. Adopt Resolution Establishing a No-Parking Zone/Bus Loading Zone on the South Side of Commerce Drive Along a Portion of Street Frontage of the La- Z-Boy Store h. Accept Easements and Consent to the Abandonment of Easements Related to the K-Mart Parcel Map, Minor Subdivision No. 94-18 i. Approval of Budget Amendment for Public Works Department j. Notification to Council Regarding the Purchase of a Liquid Ring Gas Compressor o . In order for everyone to be heard, please imit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject.
