Minutes of October 1, 1997 , . e RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the C~y Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a courL The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items isted are considered murine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Counciimember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Disbursements for the Month of September 1997 b. Award Contract to Ferranti Construction in the Amount of $16,490 for the construction of Traffic Calming Measures on Clara Avenue and Ford Street - Specification No. 97-05 c. Adoption of Ordinance Amending Division 9, Chapter 2 (Zoning) of the Ukiah City Code d. Adopt Resolution Establishing the Schedule of Fees and Rates for Garbage and Recycling Collection Services for the 1997/98 Fiscal Year Authorize City Manager to Execute Agreement with Thomas Consulting to Prepare State Mandated Cost Reimbursement Claims Approval of Budget Amendment for Fire Department Approve Amendment to Service Agreement for Juvenile Work Program at Ukiah Solid Waste Disposal Site Approval of Budget Amendment for Purchasing Department eo g. h.
