Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of
that decision by a courL The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
Procedure which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City
Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged.
CONSENT CA_I-~NDAR
The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call
vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a
Counciimember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other
items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and
make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission
recommendations.
a. Approval of Budget Amendment for Street Maintenance Department
b. Adoption of Resolution Establishing No Parking Zones on the North and
South Sides of Clara Avenue from the West Line of Orchard Avenue to 330
Feet West
c. Adoption of Resolution Establishing No Parking Zones on the North and
South Sides of Ford Street from the West Line of Orchard Avenue to 140
Feet West
d. Authorize City Manager to Execute Quit Claim Deed Related to a Former
Portion of Hospital Drive
e. Authorize Credit Card Acceptance as a Regular Program for Payments to the
City of Ukiah and Authorize Development of a Request for Proposal for Credit
Card Processing Services
f. Award to Empire Tractor for the Repair of Landfill Heavy Equipment at an
Approximate Cost of $65,000
g. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Grant Application to Caltrans for Runway
Slurry Seal and Striping and Approval of Budget Amendment
h. Report of Emergency Work Being Performed Pursuant to Section 1530 of the
Ukiah Municipal Code and Request for Budget Amendment to Fund the Work
