Regular Adjourned Meeting - October 30, 1996 4. .,RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decis~n of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. Se CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda, The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Consideration and Adoption of Resolutions Setting Limitation for Fiscal Years 1995-96 and 1996-97 b. Award of Contract to Stiles Construction for the Construction of Leachate Booster Station Improvements at the Ukiah Landfill, Specification No. 96-17, in the Amount of $136,960 c. Adoption of Resolution Abolishing On-Street Parking Spaces and Establishing Loading Zones on the West Side of North Oak Street North of Henry Street d. Denial of Claims for Damages Received from NCO Head Start, and Kimberly and Donald Rinehart, and Refer to City Insurance Carrier, REMIF e. Notification to Council Regarding Purchase of Sodium Hydroxide Products to Pressure Vessel Service, Inc., in the AmOunt of $298 Per Dry Ton f. Receive and File Report Regarding Purchase of Police Vehicle and Approve Budget Amendment of $10,500 to Fixed Asset Replacement Fund No. 698 6. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. Introduction of Ordinance Amending the City Zoning Map to Rezone Two Parcels Along Clay Street in the Dore Street Corridor from R-3 to R-1 . UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Discussion Regarding Installation of a Temporary Traffic Barricade on Marlene Street and Adoption of Resolution Establishing marlene Street as a One-Way Eastbound Street Between Lorraine Street and Orchard Avenue b. Discussion and Approval of Traffic Calming Measures on Clare Avenue and Ford Street 9. NEW BUSINESS a.
