The City Council welcomes input from the audience. If them is a matter of business on the agenda that
you are interested in, you may address the Council when this matter is considered. If you wish to speak
on a matter that is not on this agenda, you may do so at this time. In order for everyone to be heard,
please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not mom than ten (10) minutes per
subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments in which the
subject is not listed on the agenda.

RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION
Persons who are dissatisfied with a decis~n of the City Council may have the right to a review of that
decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure which
generally limits to ninety (90) days the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may
be judicially challenged.
CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote
by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember
or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda.
The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance
with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations.
a. Receive Report of Disbursements for the Month of August 1996
b. Deny Claim for Damages from Juanita Oneslager, and Refer to City
Insurance Carrier, REMIF
Award Contract to Central Striping Service, Inc., for the Performance of
Street Striping 1996, Specification No. 96-12, in the Amount of $11,615,92
Award of Bid to American Roofing Company for Roof and Gutter
Replacement at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, in the Amount of
$16,750.00
Authorize the City Clerk to Publish the Notice of Completion Relative to the
Levee Repair Project at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Authorize the
Release of Retention Funds
Award Contract to Ferranti Construction for the Construction of Leachate
Piping Improvements at the Ukiah Landfill, Specification No. 96-14, in the
Amount of $99,807.00
Receive and File Report Regarding the Purchase of Two Electric Vaults to
the Quikset Organization, in the Amount of $6,790.00
