Regular Meeting of April 5, 2000 - 1 RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the dght to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 1 CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Disbursements for Month of March 2000 b. Rejection of Claims for Damages Received from Carol Lynn Blackburn and Farmers Insurance Group, and Referral to the Joint Powers Authority, Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund c. Award of Bid for Personal Protective Gear to All Star Equipment Inc. in the Amount of $10,569.48 Report of the Acquisition of Total Station Surveying Instrument Award Bid for the Replacement of the Metal Liner within the Penstock at the Lake Mendocino Hydro Project to Pacific Mechanical Corporation in an Amount Not to Exceed $58,000.00 Approval of Budget Amendment for Institute of Museum and Library Services General Operating Support Grant (IG-90792-99) Notification to the City Council Regarding the Purchase of a 24 Inch Flowmeter From Seltek for the Sum of $7,713.85 Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Submittal, Execution, and Acceptance of Federal Emergency Shelter Grant - 2000 Adoption of Resolution Summarily Vacating Public Utility Easements Under Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code do g. ho i. If there is a matter of business on the agenda that you are interested in, you may address the Council when this matter is considered. If you wish to speak on a matter that is not on this agenda, you may do so at this time. In order for everyone to be heard, please imit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject.
