AMENDMENT 1
TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
RAU & ASSOCIATES and THE CITY OF UKIAH
This Amendment No. 1, entered on July 18, 2011, revises the Agreement for Professional
services dated June 21, 2011 between the City of Ukiah and Rau & Associates for
professional consulting services relating to an ALTA Survey of APN 184-15-01, 3495
Taylor Drive, Ukiah, California 95482.
This Amendment No. 1 changes the following:
Section 2.0 Scone of Services. The scope of services are to include the Table A items as
identified in Attachment #1.
Section 3.1 Time of Completion. Consultant shall complete the services of the agreement
by August 1, 2011.
Section 4.1 Basis for Compensation. For the additional scope as identified in Attachment
#1, Consultant shall be compensated on a time and expense basis not to exceed a
guaranteed maximum dollar amount of $4,890.00, for a total revised contract amount of
$13,190.00.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, 611 other terms remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.

NOTE: The Items of Table A must be negotiated between the surveyor and c11enL it maybe necessary
for the surveyor to quadly orexpand upon the description of these items (e.g., tri reference to item B(b),
there may be a need for an Interpretation of a restriction). The surveyor cannot make a certification on the
(iasis of an interpretation or opinion of anglher pari}. Notwithstanding Table A items 6 and I1(b), if an
engineering deslgn survey is desfred as part of an ALTAIACSM Land Title Survey, such seryices should
be negotiated under Table A, Item 22.

information is required, the client is advised that excavation maybe necessary.
