Regular Meeting of February 7, 2001 1 RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Approval of Disbursements for Month of January 2001 b. Rejection of Claim from Mary Jane Bralich and Referral to Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund c. Report of the Acquisition of a Trailer from Stevenson Supply and Tractor Co. in the Amount of $5,107.11 d. Report to Council Concerning Purchase of Gator Utility Vehicle for Parks and Golf From The John Deere Company in the Amount of $5,291.60 e. Award of Bid for Replacement Jet Fuel Truck to Perry Aviation Refueling in the Amount of $39,221.25 f. Award of Bid for the Disposal of Biosolids to Total Waste Systems, Inc. for the Sum of $31.00 per Ton for a Period of Two Years g. Award of bid to Adamson Industries in the Amount of 12,310.48, for the Purchase of Less-Than-Lethal Weapons h. Approval of US Cellular as City's Vendor for Mobile Telephone Service for All Departments i. Authorize the City Manager to Execute Confirmation Agreement Between Calpine Energy Services, L.P. and the City of Ukiah for the Purchase of 2 Mw j. Award of Bid for Annual Contract for Chlorine Products to Sierra Chemical Company for the Sum of $82.00 for 150 lb. Cylinders and $365.00 for 1 Ton Cylinders k. Award of Bid for Liquid Ferric Chloride to Kemiron Pacific, Inc. for the Sum of $374.85 Per Dry Ton 7. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The City Council welcomes input from the audience. If there is a matter of business on the agenda that you are interested in, you may address the Council when this matter is considered. If you wish to speak on a matter that is not on this agenda, you may do so at this time. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject.
