CITY OF UKIAH
AMENDMENT 1
TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
BORISMETRICS and THE CITY OF UKIAH
This Amendment No. 1, entered on December 21, 2009, revises the Agreement for
Professional services dated April 9, 2007, between the City of Ukiah and Borismetrics for
professional consulting services relating to the preparation of Electric Utility Cost of
Service Analysis (COSA) and Rate Study.
This Amendment allows for the Electric Utility to evaluate the present day COSA and to
develop a rate model reflective of today's revenue requirements.
The program costs are not to exceed $22,000.00.
Except as expressly amended by this Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the
Borismetrics agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
