The Plan will be provided to the Traffic Engineering Committee at a future meeting. 7. REQUEST: Staff received a request from Sage Sangiacomo, Assistant City Manager, to post No Parking signs along the south side of Talmage Frontage Road (east end). DISCUSSION: An aerial photo map, Attachment "A", is provided to show the location of the proposed no parking zone which would involve the removal of some on -street parking. The proposed restriction to parking would be for overnight parking from 10 pm to 6 am. This is the same type of parking restriction that is currently posted at Todd Grove Park. RECOMMENDATION: Staff is submitting this report for review and discussion by the TEC. Staff recommends approval of the request for no parking zone to the City Council.
