Performancc Contract

Buyer: City of Ukiah i
Venue: I odd Grove Park, Ukiah CA
Event: Sunday Concerts in the Park
Date: Sunday, August 10°i 2014 ,
Time: 6pm-9pm, a 1 hour performance within that timeframe
Sound System: provided by buyer
E3acklinc: provided by artist
Load-In "I'ime: 3pm
Meals: provided by buyer, items availablc in green room
Lod�in�;: not rcquested
Compensation: $1000, payable to Paul Steward i
Deposit: $200 due upon signing. Remainder due at the beginning of the performance. I
This contract between thc b�ryer (City of Ukiah), and the artist"I'wice As Good
(Paul & Rich Steward with backing band), statcs that Twice As Good will perform at
('T'odd Grove Park) on the abovc mentioned Date and Timc for the agreed Terms.
I he buyer may cancel this performance provided that Twice As Good receives confirmed I
notice (6) weeks before the performance date or the buycr must forfeit the Compensation. I
Twice As Good is not liable to ro-schedule or play later than the contracted end time, and �
thcir full payment is still due. At their discretion, they may or may not re-adjust their schedule �
with the event if it is runnine late. j

For the general comfort and care of Twice As Good & the 2XG band, they request these items
and refreshments be provided to help them deliver their unique brand of positive, high-energy
perfbrmance. �

Audio and/or Video Recording:
Twice As Good permits fans to record video or audio for non-commercial use (personal use) and
minimal sharing; but will be notified of any audio or video recordings creatcd by[he venuc or
buyer and are to be given a copy of thc material. No mass production or promoted releasin_ of
recordings wilhou[ artist conscnt.

The buyer shall guarantee adequate security at all times to insure the safety of the artist's il
personnel, instruments, costumes. and personal property from load-in time and until comple[ion
of load-out.
Wcather: I
Buyer is liable to compensate Artist at full contract price even if weather prevents �
commencement or completion of the performance. Because of weather conditions being
unpredictable, if the event is outdoors the buyer or venuc shall provide ample shade covering to �
protect the stage and band from the sun or rain. If the stage is uncovered but conditions are fair, i
fwice As Good may perform at their discretion and reserve the right to conclude performance
due to rain or sun, payment is still due. In eatreme weather conditions where covering still i
doesn't protect the band and Ihe equipment (such as grea[ winds or rain blowing onto electronic
equipment), or natural disaster(carthquake, fire, landslide...) Twice As Good reserves the right I
to pause or conclude the performance, payment is still due.
