This will reserve the facility for the event If the sound and or lighting system are used,there�s a usage fee Renter shall stack all of the cha�rs(that were used),clean all of the tables(that were used),swcep and mop tha Sloor,and remove all of the garbage and recyding from the premises. , A non-refundable cleaning fee of S in lieu of the above wn be oFfered. Renter shall pay a refundable damageisecurity/cleaning deposit of 5 (Waivetl per Lisa-2i7114 phone calq The deposit will be retamed and not refunded to cover any damage(s)caused to the facility,sound/lighting equipment or improper cleanup. Renter shxll main[ain in full foree and effect;at its own cost and expense,a general liability msurance policy in the amount not less[han S 1,000,000(one million dollars),single limit per occurrence,issued by an issuer as dcfined by the California lnsurance Code. A Certficate of Uabihty Insurance must be provided. All Certificates must state tha[Lisa Mammina and the Saturday Afternpon Clubhouse, 107 S.Oak. Ukiah,California 95482 are named as additional insured for the date(s)of thc even[. For public events "Liquor Liabiiity" and for private events "Host Liquor"must be sta[cd on the Cenificate if ren[er plans on serving alcohol. Also a single event lbeer/wmc license from the ABC(Alcohol Beverage Control)must be properly obtained. Hard alcohol or distilled spirits are prohibited on the premises. Renter shal]not allow smokmg anywfiere inside or on the porch of said prcmises. Events cancelled within thirty days prior to the schcduled event shall forfeit 100%of rental fces. A security guard may bc rcquited at the expense of renter. Doing so complete)y forfeits the refundable security/cleaning deposit. Renter agrees that all of the tenant's persona]property that may be on or in the Saturday Afternoon Clubhouse Building is there at the tenant's solc risk. LanNord is not responsible For and the tenant agrees lo hold landlord harmlcss for damage to or theft of such personal property. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Lisa Mammina,Ihe landlord and all ihe subsidiaries,directors, officecs,agents, employees of the same and Saturday Afternoon Clubhouse Building harmless from any and all claims, demands,actions,damages or legal procecding including but not limited to,those aris�ng out of or resulting from[he death or bodily i�jury of any person,or the damage,loss,or destruction of any tangible personal property,or for reasonable attomeys' £ees,made by any parry against Lisa Mammina,the landlord and al] the subsidiaries,directors,officers,agents.employees of the same and Saturday Afternoon Clubhouse Building arising out of or related to tcnanPs use of or inabitity to use the services of and or occupancy of the premises covcrcd in this agreement.
