Associate Planner Lohse referred to his memorandum to the Planning Commission dated October 25, 2006 regarding the S.P.A.C.E. project, and stated that while the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project was noticed for a public hearing in this regard it was determined that revisions to the project warranted delaying the environmental analysis.
