Each Planning Commissioner must visit the site of any project on the agenda requiring a quasi-
judicial action, and failure to accomplish this#ask shall constitute grounds for recusal.

6. GOMMENTS FROM AUDIENCE ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The Planning Commission welcomes input fromthe audience. In order for everyone to be heard ,
please limit yout commenfs to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten ( 10) minutes
per subject. The Brown Rct regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments.
7. APPEAL PROCESS
Ail determinations of #he Planning Commission regarding major discretionary planning permits,
shali be final uniess a written appeal , stating the reasons forthe appeal, is filedwith the City Cierk
within ten (10) days af the date the decision was made: An interested party may appeal oniy if he
or she appeared and stated his or her position during the hearing on the decision from which the
appealistaken. The last date to appeal a decision matle atthis meeting is Monday, October24,
2005.

A. Variance Application No. 05-19, as submitted by Ron Meaux to allow the width of a private
access driveway for a proposed lotwith no public street frontage to be reduced from twenty to '
ten feet. The property is located at 432 McPeak Street (APN 001 -251 -06} and zoned R-1
(Single Family Residential).
