SITE VISIT VERIFIGATION Each Planning Commissioner must visit the site of any project on the -agenda requiring a quasi- judicial action, and failure to accomplish this task shali constitute grounds for recusal. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES July27, 2005 6. COMMENTS FROM AUDIENCE OM NON-AGENDA ITEMS The Planning Gommission welcomes inputfrom the audience. In orderfor everyone to be heard, piease limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do notaliow action to betaken on audience comments. 7. APPEAL PROCESS Ali determinations of the Pianning Commission regarding major discretionary pianning permits, shall be final uniessa'written appeal , stating the reasons for the appeal, isfiled with the City Clerk within ten ( � 0) days of the date the decision was made. An interested party may appeai only if he or she appeared and stated his or her position during the hearing on the decision from which the appeal is taken . The last date to appeal a decision made at this meeting is Monday, September 5, 2005. 8. VERIFICATION OF NQTICE 9. PUBLIC HE�4RINGS A. Minor Subdivision Map/Exception No. 05�19, as submitted by Mr. Ron Meaux, to aliow the width of a privateaccess roadway designed to serve a singie lot wifh no public street frontage to be reduced from 20 feet #0 10 feet. The proposed exception is required to allow the subsequent subdivision of the .2-acre project site into finro lots with neta�eas of 6;000 square feef or more. The subject property is located at 432 McPeak Street (APN 001 -251 -06) ; zoned R-1 (Low Density Residential). 1 B. Woodbury Major Subdivision Final Map Review, as filed by Steven Woodbury, to finalize the approved tentative subdivision map to allow the 2:99-acre subjecf property currently occupied by the Main Street Garden apartment complex to be divided into 38 individually- owned townhouse lots and a 1 . 9-acre lot that will contain common-use areas, including the existing access driveways; storage lockers; and common recreation facilities. 10.
