Each Planning Commissioner must visit the site of any project on the agenda requiring a quasi-
judicial action , and failureto accomplish this task shalf constitute grounds for recusal.

�. COMMENTS FROM AUDIENCE ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The Planning Commission welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard ,
piease limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes
per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action fo be taken on audience comments.
7. APPEAL PROCESS
All determinations of the Planning Gommission regarding major discretionary planning permits,
shall be finai unless a written appeai, stating the reasons forthe appeal , is filed with the City Cierk
within ten (10) days of the date the decision was made. An interested party may appeal oniyif he
or she appeared and stated his or her position during the hearing on the decision from which the
appeai is taken. The last date to appeai a decision made at this meeting is July 25, 2005.

A. The 'project consists of Major Use Permif 05-23, as filed by Ron Nieaux and KKH
Associates to aliow the development of a two-story 11 ,926 square foot medical office
building on two parcels located in the GN (Neighborhood Commerciai) Zoning District. The
project inciudes landscaping and the development of a parking lot with access to Dora Street.
The site is located at 1165 South Dora Street, Ukiah (APN 003-30-11 and 003-130-65).
