ROLL CALL COMMISSIONERS BRENNER, DOBLE, SANDERS, WHETZEL, AND CHAIRPERSON PRUDEN 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes from the December 14, 2011 meeting will be available for review and approval at the January 11, 2012 meeting. 5. COMMENTS FROM AUDIENCE ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The Planning Commission welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments. 6. APPEAL PROCESS All determinations of the Planning Commission regarding major discretionary planning permits and associated California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) determinations are final unless a written appeal, stating the reasons for the appeal, is filed with the City Clerk within ten (10) days of the date the decision was made. An interested party may appeal only if he or she appeared and stated his or her position during the hearing on the decision from which the appeal is taken. For items on this agenda, an appeal must be received by the City Clerk no later than Monday 7anuary 3, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. 7. SITE VISIT VERIFICATION 8. VERIFICATION OF NOTICE 9. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Site Development Permit File No. 11-09-SDP-PC: Conduct a public hearing of a request by the Ukiah Unified School District for Planning Commission approval of a Site Development Permit to allow construction of a new 13,800 square foot office building and associated site improvements at 511 South Orchard Avenue, APN 002- 340-45. 10. PLANNING DIRECTOR'S REPORT Americans with Disabilities Act Accommodations.
