The Design Review Board e�courages applicants and/ or their representatives to be available at the meeting to
answer questions so fhat no agenda item need be deferred to a later date due to a lack of pertinent information.

5. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS: The Ukiah Redevelopment Agency Design Review
Board welcomes input #rom the autlience. In order to be heard, please limityour comments to three (3)
minutes per person and not more than 'ten (10) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not
allow action to be taken on autlience comments.
6. RIGHT TO APPEAL: Applicants or other persons who are tlissatisfied with the Board's decision(s) may
have a right to appeal the action(s) to the Ukiah Redevelopment Agency. An appeal must be matle in
writing to the Redevelopment Agency Secretary withirr 10 days of the Board's decision(s). For matters
heard at this meeting, the final date of appeal is5:00 p.m. on April 5, 2010. The appellant will be notified
of the time and date the matter will be considered.
7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Site Development Permit OS-23, proposed exterior upgrade and awning replacement to the building
located at 262- 274 Smith Street, Ukiah APN 002-18143: Recommendation to Zoning Administrator
for Minor Site Development Permit.
