6. RIGHT TO APPEAL: Applicants or other persons who are dissatisfied with the Boartl's tlecision(s) may
have a right to appeal the action(s) to the Ukiah Redevelopment Agency. An appeal must be matle in
writing to the Redevelopment Agency Secretary within 10 tlays of the Board's decision(s): For matters
heartl at this meeting; the final date of ;appeal is 5'00 p.m. on Monday July 6, 2009. The appellant will be
notified of the time and date tfie matter will be considered.
7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. Fagade Improvement Grant 09-04, Sports 2one Pizza, 720 N State Street, estimates for
p�oposetl fi�ishto tiuiltling exterior.
B. Site Development Permit 08-23, proposed substantial faced upgrade and awning replacement
to the building at 262- 274 Smith Street, Ukiah APN 002-191 23: Recommendation to Planning
Commission for Site Development Permit Review.

9. MATTERS FRQM THE BOARD:
The Ukiah Redevelopment Agency complies with AQA requirements and will attempt to reasonabiy
accommodate indivitluals with disabilities upon request. If possible, please contact the City of
Ukiah (707) 463-6200 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting time.
