The Design Review Board encourages applicants antl/ or their represe�tatives to be available at the meeting to
answer questions so that no agenda item need be deferretl to a later date due to a lack of pertinent information.

5. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS: The Ukiah Redevelopment Agency Design Review
Board welcomes input from the audience. In order to be hea�d , please limit your comments to three (3)
minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per su6ject. The Brown Act regulations do not
allow action to be taken on audience comments:
6. RIGHT TO APPEAL: Applicants or other persons who are dissatisfied with the Board's decision(s) may
have a right to appeal the action(s) to the Ukiah Redevelopment Agency. An appeal musf be made in
writing to the Redevelopment Agency Secretary within 10 tlays of the Board's decision(s). For matters
heard at this meeting, the final date of appeal is 5:00 p:m, on Monday April 2d, 2009. The appellant will
be notified of the time and date the matter will be consitlered:

Retlevelopment Agency of the following draft revised FIP documents.
• Program Guidelines (Process, Maintenance Standards and Atlditional Requirements, Definitions)
a ProjectScorecard
• Decision Making Criteria
• Application with Submittal Requirements
• Example Draft Staff Report
• Boundary Map (copy of map will be available at the meeting)
