The Design Review Board encourages applicants and/ or their representatives to be available at the meeting to
answer questions so that �o agentla item need be tleferred to a later tlate due to,a lack of pertinent information.

5. AUDIENCE COMMENTS QN NON•AGENDA ITEMS: The Ukiah Redevelopment Agency Design Review
Board welcomes inputfrom the audience. In order to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3)
minutes per person and not more fhan ten (10) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not
allow action to be taken on audience comments.
6. RIGHT TO APPEAL: Applicants or other persons wlio are;dissatisfied with the Board's decision(s) may
have a right to appeal the action(s) to the Ukiah Redevelopment Agency. An appeal must be made in
writing to the Redevelopment Agency Secretary within 10 days of the Board's decision(s) . For matters
heard at th'is meeting, the final date of appeal is;5:00 p:m. on Monday April 20, 2009. The appellant will
be notified of the time and date the matter will be consitlered .

APN 003-040-59; proposed expansion a�ong with ezterior faqade modifications to the existing building .
Recommendations to the Planning Commission and Redevelopment Agency.

PRE 09-18 Pre-Application Review for Major Site Development Permit: Pacific Outfitters/BAS
Properties, 955 North State Street, APN 002-040-43 proposetl exterior modifications to existing building
that will house a Spofting Goods store.
The Ukiah Redevelopment Agency complies with ADA requirements and will attempt to reasonabiy
accommodate individuals with disabilities upon request. Yf possible, please contactthe City of
Ukiah (707) 463=6200 at least 72 hours prior Yo the meeting time.
