The Brown Act regulations do not allow aciion to be taken on audience comments. 5: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July 17, 2008 6. NEW AND MODIFIED CONSTRUCTION A. Pre-application Review ; BobAxUSiderakis : Comments on Pre-Application revieW for demolishing an existing apartment building on the northwest corner of tHe site; demolishing a small office building and shed on the southern portion of the site; demolishing the existing "Farmer Johns" building located up on the State Street Frontage; and constructing newsingle-story buiidings "A" (7,200 sq. ft.), "B" (7,500 sq . ft.), and "G" (2;000 sq. ft.) The project aiso includes development of a fiull parking lat to serve the new buildings and adding landscaping throughout: The site is located at 1100-1120 South State Street (surrounding the Garden Cafe) APN 003-130-37. The Gartlen "Gafe building and its parking lot are not a part of the project. The intent of the project is to create a small retail center on this underutilized property. Refer to pians included in July 10 packet. 7. FACADE IMPROVEMENT GRANT PROGRAM A. Continuation of Fagade Improvement Program No. 08-02, Judith Waterman: Consideration of upgrading and p�eserving Victorian and garage, inciuding landscaping painting, roof and windows af 125 E. Mili Street (002-302-58). On June 12, 2008 the Design Review Board reviewed the proposed plans for Fa�ade Improvements at this locaiion and asked the applicant to submit additional information including �evised landscaping plans and showing materialsfor propose fence. determinetl expressed interest in exploring an awning color other than tfie existing biue. B. Continuation of fagade Improvement Program No 07-04. John Chan: Consideration of upgrading an office 6uiiding at 510 5. Schooi, (002-271 -03). On June 12, 2008 the Design Review Board reviewed the proposetl pians for the Faqade Improvements at this location as requested ihat the applicant explore ttie use of diffe�ent color palettes. The Ukiah Redevelopment Agency complies with ADA requirements and will attempt to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities upon request.
