I AUTHORIZATION Upon execution of this amendment, service provider is authorized to provide the service il described under the original Scope of Work. I SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL WORK I Work authorized by this amendment shall include that work described in the original scope of work and the proposed scope of work dated September 23, 2013 and included as Attachment 1 COMPENSATION Compensation for the performance of the additional work shall be made on a lump sum basis. Remaining project work includes responding to concems raised by State Water Resources Control Board related to the City's Drafr EIR, Also, to continued , analysis as needed to respond to issues raised by Sonoma County Water Agency (SCWA) and to meet with SC WA as necessary. Assist City in working with SC WA to investigate watershed issues I for SCWA's compliance with its Temporary Urgency Citange Pztition, requiring cootdinated I � activities of major diverters. Response to comments is expected to involve explanation and description of Ihe modeling work, clarification of water right priorities and project hydrologic I impacts. Other topics may need to be addressed as necessary to ensure the EIR is acceptable [o the State Water Resources Control Board. � Recommended Budgch Not to Exceed �525,000 without prior authorization.
