Amendment 4
To
Professional Sports Officiating Agreement
Between
Redwaod Empire Officials Association and the City of Ukiah
This Amendment No. 4, entered on -���2�� �i 2013, revises the Agreement for Professional
services dated March 18, 2009 between the City of Ukiah and Redwood Empire Officials
Association LTD, to provide sports officiating services for the City.
This Amendment No. 4 extends the term of the contrect for one (1) additional year. The term
may be extended for up to one (1) additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement of both i
parties. �
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 4, all other terms and conditions of the I
agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
