ROLL CALL Ukiah City Council met for a Special Joint Meeting with the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors on October 8, 2013, which was legally noticed on October 4, 2013. Roll Call was taken j at 5:32 p.m., with the following members present, and Chair Hamburg and Mayor Crane presiding.
