The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 7. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a Report of Disbursements for Month of April, 2013. b. Approval of Notice of Completion for Gobbi Street / State Street, Street and Utilities Improvement Project, Specification No. 11-10. c. Adoption of Ordinance Amending the City of Ukiah Zoning Map and Establishing the Ukiah Municipal Airport Planned Development Regulations and Map. d. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m. ________________________________ Kristine Lawler, City Clerk Attachment #1 RESOLUTION 2013- RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH AMENDING USER FEE SCHEDULE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FACILITIES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah owns, manages, maintains, and provides facilities, programs and services for public use; and WHEREAS, community members and private organizations request the use of facilities and participate in these programs or services; and WHEREAS, the use of facilities and the participation in programs or services necessitates a need for fees which have been established to provide for maintenance, utilities and other operational expenses; and WHEREAS, the City Council may from time to time consider fee adjustments in order to continue operation of facilities, programs and services in a fiscally responsible manner; and WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and has heard public comment on these issues. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council amend the Community Services Department Fee Schedule as attached in Exhibit “A”, which is incorporated herein.
