Home My WebLink About2012-02 Admin Budget Jan - June 2013 --� SUCCESSOR AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 2012-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE DISSOLVED ' REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF UHIAH,APPROVING TFIE SUCCESSOR AGENCY'S ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANL7ARY 1,2013 TO JiJNE 30,2013,PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAF'ETY CODE SECT'ION 34177(j) WHEREAS, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34173(d), the City of LJkiah ("RDA Successor Agency") is the successor agency to the dissolved Redevelopment Agency of � the City of ilkiah("Agency"); and , WFIEREAS, the Oversight Boazd is the RDA Successor Agency's oversight boazd pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34179(a); and WFIEREA5, Health and Safety Code Section 34177(j) requires the RDA Successor Agency to prepaze a proposed administrative budget ("Administrative BudgeY') for each six- month fiscal period, and submit it to the Oversight Boazd for the Oversight Boazd's approval; and � WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred. _ , NOW, THEREFORE, THE RDA SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE DISSOLVED REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF UHIAH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recitals. The Recitals set forth above aze tnxe and correct and aze incorporated into this Resolution by this reference. Section 2. CEQA Compliance. The approval of the Adxninistrative Budget through ttris Resolution does not commit the RDA Successor Agency to any action that may have a significant effect on the environment. As a result, such action does not constitute a project subject to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. Section 3. Anuroval of the Administrative BudQet. The RDA Successor Agency hereby approves and adopts the Administrative Budget for the period January 1,2013 to June 30, 2013, in substantially the form attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Secrion 34177. Section 4. Severabilitv. If any provision of this Resolution or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Resolution that can be given effect without the invalid provision or applicarion, and to this end the provisions of this Resolution aze severable. The 1 RDA Successor Agency declazes that the Successor Agency would have adopted this Resolution irrespective of the invalidity of any particulaz portion of this Resolution. 1 Section 5. Certification. The Ci Clerk of the Ci of Ukiah actin on behalf of the � t3' t9 � g RDA Successor Agency as its Secretazy, shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. � ; Section 6. Imrolementation and Transmittal of the Adwinistrative Bud¢et. The CiTy i Manager is hereby authorized and directed to take any action necessary to carry out the purposes i of this Resolution and comply with applicable law regazding the administrative budget, including but not limited to snbmitting the administrative budget to the RDA Successor Agency's : Oversight Boazd. Section 7. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoprion and shall be transmitted to the Oversight Board.
