GRANT OF EASEMENT
Elias Tannous and Linda Tannous, husband and wife as joint tenants, as to an undivided 50% interest and
Issa Tannous, a single man, as to an undivided 50% interest ("GRANTOR"), do hereby grant to the City of
Ukiah, a Municipal Corporation ("GRANTEE"), its successors and assigns forever, a non-exclusive
easement for public utility purposes, over, under, and through land situated in the City of Ukiah, Mendocino
County, California, owned by Grantor and which is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY situated in the City of Ukiah, County of Mendocino, State of
California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and as shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
Said grant of easement includes the right to use, construct, reconstruct, repair, maintain and inspect public
utilities including, electric power lines, poles and appurtenances; and the right to erect, maintain, and replace
signs and markers warning of the location of said facilities and utilities; and the right to survey within said
easement and to place or replace surveying stakes onuments of a permanent nature therein.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Grant of Easement dated
Molretj -S 0 , Z®12 from Elias Tannous Linda Tannous and Issa Tannous ,
to the City of Ukiah, general law municipal corporation is hereby accepted by order of the
undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by resolution of
the City Council adopted on February 1, 1.961, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by
its duly authorized officer and agrees to be bound by the terms of such Grant of Easement
This document is presented for recordation by The City of Ukiah pursuant to Section 27281
of the Government Code.

Two easements over a portion of the Tannous property as described
in the Grant Deed recorded, February 15, 2008 in Instrument No.
2008-02070, Mendocino County Records, as shown on the attached
EXHIBIT "B" and as described below:
EASEMENT 1:
A 10 foot wide easement lying 5 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of the said Tannous property;
thence along the north line of said Tannous property North
80°41'46" East, 27.32 feet; thence North 89°31'40" East, 18.72 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this line description; thence leaving
said north line South 59°18'02" East, 45.46 feet to the west edge
of an existing building and the end of this line description. (the
side lines of this easement shall extend to the north property line
and the existing building line)
EASEMENT 2:
A 10 foot wide easement lying 5 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of the said Tannous property;
thence along the west line of said Tannous property South 09°08'36"
East, 34.68 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this line
description; thence leaving said west line North 82°30'39" East,
80.96 feet to the west edge of an existing building and the end of
this line description. (the side lines of this easement shall
extend to the west property line and the existing building line)
Located within AP 001-370-37, 1296 North State Street, Ukiah, CA
This easement description has been prepared by me or under my
direction in conformance with the Professional Land Surveyors' Act.
