ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST
FOR VALUABLE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and transfers to The City of Ukiah all beneficial
interest under that certain Deed of Trust datedMarch 18, 1982 executed by Lucille Florence McKinney, Trustor, to Safeco
Title Insurance Company, Trustee, and recorded as Book 1348 at Page 43 of Official Records in the County Recorder's
office of County of Mendocino, State of California, describing land therein as:
Lots 28 and 29 in Block Z, as the same are laid down and delineated on the map of "Ukiah North Addition" filed in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Mendocino, State of California on May 8, 1893. (Subsequent to August 3,
1893).
Excepting therefrom the Northerly 50 feet of said lots, said 50 feet measuring at right angles to the Northerly line of said
lots.

Together with the note or notes therein described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon with interest,
and all rights accrued under said Deed of Trust.
